JJ's Custom Builders did an excellent job expanding our pole barn. The quality of the work was excellent and they were great to work with.

Highest quality work at a fair price. Jonathan kept me informed every step of the way and there were no surprises at the completion of the job. The workers were great guys - very personable. They worked in less than ideal weather conditions at times, but that didn't appear to slow them down at all. They even tolerated my goofy dogs, which is a plus. For our next construction project, I'm not wasting time with estimates from other companies - my only call will be to JJ's Custom Builders. If you want the absolute best in a contractor, you'll do the same.

I searched for over a year for someone to take on the job of building me a 24x40 pole building, after attempting to contact 13 businesses with either no returned call or not interested reply, I stumbled upon JJ's Custom Builders. JJ’s had built a custom 4500 square-foot barn dominium for us in southern Lancaster county.. We were very happy with pricing, schedule and mostly their communication through the job. Was very impressed with their technology, zoom meetings, CAD drawings, etc. to help our design as we progressed. On site changes were made effectively with a positive approach. Glad we chose them as our builder.

They did an excellent job on my garage, and im a very particular person. We had lots of ideas, and Jonathan worked with us every step of the way. The build crew was great, easy to talk to, asked questions, tried to explain stuff to help me envison how it would look.

I had JJs build me a 28'x48'x12' pole barn this year. They were amazing to deal with. Great communication and the quality of the building is excellent. I contacted them January 2023 and the building was completed August 2023. It probably would have been completed far sooner if the weather would have cooperated and if I didn't have to jump through hoops with the county to get the permit. Once I got the permit, the building was completed within a few weeks. They did all of the excavation work, framing, roofing, siding & concrete. I liked the fact that they had a price list for their offerings on their website. Of course the price will change as you customize your building, but it was nice to have a ball park price before even contacting the builder. The pricing was very fair. I contacted quite a few builders in the area. Most never responded, a few gave me very rough pricing over the phone. JJs was the only builder who came to my house to take measurements and actually give me a formal quote.
